This event brings consumers, corporations, and communities together to focus on the historic strengths and values of the Black Family".

Each ticket includes admission to Black Heritage Family Day and Heritage Brunch with our unsung Heroes/Sheroes community leaders
$20 - Adults 18 and above
$10 - children 5 years to 17 years
4 years and under – must have a ticket for each child under 4

If you are the owner of your own business or if you are launching a new brand, you may think of becoming an event vendor.
3’x 6’ FOLDING RECTANGULAR TABLES AND STANDARD FRAME AND 2 PADDING CHAIRS
PLEASE KEEP DISPLAYS WITHIN THAT SPACE AND DO NOT EXTEND FRONT INTO THE AISLE.
SET-UP TIMES WILL BE CONFIRMED THE WEEK OF THE EVENT. TABLE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED.
PLEASE REMAIN SET UP UNTIL Black Heritage Family Day IS OVER, THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST!
NAME TAGS WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO VENDORS (ONE PIN ON AND ONE STICK ON PER VENDOR) WE WILL PRINT ALL NAME TAGS WITH THE BUSINESS NAME UNLESS ASKED DIFFERENTLY IN ADVANCE.
WE ARE LIMITING TO 2 PEOPLE PER TABLE, OTHERS PAY ADMITTANCE.
ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A NAME TAG TO ASSIST WORKERS AT THE DOOR IN RECOGNIZING THEM.
ANYONE DROPPING OFF OR PICKING UP ITEMS FROM VENDORS WILL NEED TO PAY ADMITTANCE OR BE MET AT THE DOOR.
WE ONLY PERMIT ONE NAMED BUSINESS PER Table. YOU HAVE TO ONLY BRING IN WHAT YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR.
WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY IN PLACE
WE DO NOT ALLOW VENDORS TO SELL OR GIVE THEIR TABLES AWAY IN THE EVENT THEY HAVE TO CANCEL. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL GO THROUGH US ONLY! PRODUCT DESCRIPTION IS A MUST AND CANNOT BE ADJUSTED AFTER REGISTRATION AS IT IS TOO CONFUSING FOR FLOOR PLANS AND OTHER BOOKINGS.
